Description
Sorbalgon Ag Dressing 2″ x 2″. Latex-free- sterile- silver containing calcium alginate dressing composed with soft- alginate textile fibers- carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and ionic silver complex (silver carbonate). Releases silver ions in the presence of wound fluid and protects dressing from microorganisms. As wound fluids absorb into the dressing- it forms a soft- non-adhering gel to help promote the healing process while maintaining a moist environment for optimal wound management. The dressings are highly absorbent and remain intact during the removal process with no residue left in the wound.
